In case of any of the information given below not complying with what is stated in the General Terms of Delivery (as published on our website www.claddagh.nl), the latter will prevail.

What data do we want from you and how is this used?

  • In case you place an order with our online shop we will need the following data: Surname, Christian Name, e-mail address,  postal address and optionally the data of the address and phone number of the recipient.
  • Your e-mail address and telephone number are used by us to make contact re your order, should this be necessary.
  • In case you pay in advance, that’s all the data we need. Using the above data we can process your order and if necessary, check the progress of its execution.

How are your data protected?

Client data are processed using what is termed a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) transfer. All data will be encrypted by the system prior to being forwarded to us. In this way your data are not accessible to third parties during transfer. The browsers in common use support this secure transfer technology.

What  are cookies?

Cookies are minor data files we use to identify our users during their visit to our website and therefore to simplify your access and use of the website. They are stored on your hard disk only for the duration of your visit to our site. They take up minimal memory capacity and do not contain personal data.
